Now that it has been decided to rotate the Championship around the six Counties it was hosted for the first time by Cornwall at Launceston Golf Club. The course was in excellent condition having hosted Cornwall's Golf Week the week before and there was unanimous praise for the course and the friendliness of the Clubhouse Staff.
The format was changed this year to 7 out of 9 scores counting which made for a much closer result. SOMERSET won the David King Salver with the team of Kobe Adams, Josh Higgs, Ben Josham, Jamie Li, Scott Linden, Alex Manley, Tom Roach, Taylor Stote and William Warman. with an aggregate score 542. Gloucestershire were a very close second with 342 with Cornwall third on 547, Dorset 4th with 555, Wiltshire 5th with 557 and Devon 6th with 561.

U14 CHAMPIONSHIP
Taylor Stote from Somerset won the Ray Lawford Trophy with a gross 76.
George Leigh from Cornwall won the new Ian Clark Trophy for the best nett with 69 and Jamie Cooper from Wiltshire was second with 75.
U16 CHAMPIONSHIP
Harry Hall from Cornwall was the U16 Champion and overall winner with a gross 71 winning the Eric Scott Cooper Cotswold Ram. Second Nick Ramshaw from Gloucestershire with 72 winning on count from Tom Atkins from Dorset third with 72.
